Photographer and/or licensor ownership rights are retained unless separate written terms explicitly transfer rights. Client usage rights are limited to the package, invoice, and written agreement scope.
You agree not to scrape, bypass access controls, redistribute private links publicly, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, gallery, or file.
Download, print, and feature limits are enforced server-side and may change when your package or add-ons change.
